Jim @ I double dated to our Sr. Prom. Jim was with Sandra Landry & I was with Linda Hecht (BTHS' 64). One thing that I remember from that night was that on a couple occasions Jim would shake a little. He would then reply, "A rabbit must have just walked over my future grave." When I wrote Harry Sterling that I wouldn't be able to attend our 25th reunion because of Minnesota Army National Guard Summer Camp, I requested to let Jim know that I look forward to seeing him. Harry then notified me that Jim had just died of Agent Orange complications from having served in Viet Nam.
Nick Skiddis, Allan Jeffers ( a Scott A. F. B. teen) Jim & I made up a 200 yd. free style relay of the Belleville "Y" that advanced to the State our Sr. year. We were only able to practice at the downtown St. Louis 'Y' on Sat. mornings.
