At our 45th reunion Carol's husband and son came for her as she had passed away the previous year.  They said she was so excited and so looking forward to the reunion that they came in her stead.  I went to Union School with Carol and I have fond memories of field day, school picnics and all other grade school stuff.  I am so sorry her time came so soon but I know she was with us in spirit.

Carol and I would have been married for 40 years in 2007.  Carol was a wife, a mother, a grandmother, an aunt, my

best  friend and a very caring person. I will and have missed her dearly.    Kenneth Steinberg

Carol and I were best friends from Junior High through high school, she was a very dear friend. We had many good times together in and out of school after school we went differant ways and sadly lost touch with each other. Many years later we met at a laundry matt and it was just like old times between us after that I moved to Texas and we never saw each other again. I was looking forward to seeing her at our reuion and was very saddened when I found out she had passed away. Love and miss you Carol, your old friend Gloria Hawthorne McCormick
