Betty was a sweet girl.  I didn't know her well as she tranferred to BTHS in our junior or senior year.  We doubled dated to our senior prom and had a great time.  I would have loved to visit with her one more time.  I am sorry to learn that she passed so young.

I remember Betty, she was such a pretty girl. We use to walk to and from school together sometimes. She was so soft spoken and so sweet. A while ago I opened my 63 yearbook and the first page had a note to be from Betty Becket. She  will always be remembered.

Betty and I became good friends in Junior High when her father transfered to Scott AFB  He father was a Colonel at Scott and she lived iin Belleville very long to graduate, the Af was pretty good at that.   Betty was a very sweet, pretty and very shy girl.  She lieved out by Wesrhaven pool and I spent several nights during one summer and we would lounge around he pool, we had some wonderful times

RIP in peace Betty, I only have great memories of you and I am sorry to see you left this life so soon.

I,too remember Betty as a sweet and pretty girl-I actually did get up the nerve to ask her out on a date but she seemed very shy too and it never did work out. We used to talk a bit on the school(city)bus and around the campus. Betty we will remember you at the reunion!!
