Funny small world, several years ago while living in St. Louis I decided to breed my little Yorkshire terrier and a good breeder was recommend here in Belleville and it was David and his wife.  I had been away from Belleville for many years and as soon as I walked into his home he reognized me and we had a great time talking about classnates, etc while waiting for our dogs to breed, didn't happen!

Next step, I had to take their male dog home with me so my Samantha could be coimfortable in her own home.heart

WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLL, they bred alright, IN MY LAP, she was yelping it was awful and since he was an experienced "lover" he got the job done AND THEN as many animals do they got "hung up" after mating, Sammie was going North and he was going South, what a mess litterly!  David's wife told me to breed them the next day to make sure it took,

OK,  but I shut them in the bathroom this time, it worked she came out wagging her tail with a smile on her face and he asked for a cigarette and it was a sealed deal.  We had four beatiful show-quality puppies and with the proceeds we took a nice vacation and had her SPAYED she was not mother-of-the-year, believe me!

So David and I  were joined as doggie in-laws for a while, we had furry grand pups together and I am sure we have a b-zillion great, great . . . . . . . .  . .. grand dogs running about.  That was my only experience breeding dogs,I know prefer get them pre-breed!
